I'm very late in discovering this and it has already been recced everywhere, but I've read this story last night and it has haunted me the whole day. For those who don't usually read this pairing (Draco/Albus), well, I don't either, but please give it a try. Be aware however that there are very serious warnings coming with this fic (NO major character death) and you'd like to check them before reading.

Almost anything I could say would be spoilery, so I just want to add that  potteresque_ire  has succeeded here in creating a particularly eerie but fascinating dystopian universe. Her writing is exquisite, the characters unforgettable. Some parts are really disturbing, but the fic is not without hope, although I would not recommend this fic if you feel low.

The fic was a gift for  melusinahp  written for hp_sas, and thanks to marguerite_26  's enthusiastic recs, I've finally yielded to the temptation of Draco/Albus and Harry/Scorpius! To be honest, I'm on the verge of admitting that Draco/Harry/Albus/Scorpius might be, in fact, the perfect pairing. *is ashamed*

OMG. There're some filthy and absolutely delicious fics out there. I'll be reading the whole lot in the following days.
